Delivery
When I pay, how long is it until I receive my Chewbox?
We know how important your delivery is - Items are picked and packed within 24 hours and shipped next working day. We try to ship same day whereever possible - this is usually possible for early morning orders.
Please note - next working day delivery is never possible for non mainland UK addresses and delivery can take 3-5 working days.
How will it be delivered?
All orders are trackable and shipped via Royal Mail Express, Yodel or DHL. The weight and size of your order will dictate the provider we use.
What happens if I'm not in to accept delivery?
Your carrier will either leave your parcel in a safe place, or you can rearrange delivery when someone is in. No signature is required for any of our carriers, so safe place options tend to work best.
Is there tracking information?

What is Chewbox?
Chewbox is a large dog shop, ran by two best friends, Hannah and Sarah, based from two locations on the beautiful Wirral. We stock a handpicked selection of all natural treats, all of which are preservative free, additive free and nutrient dense - the way dog chews and treats should be! We also stock toys and apparel from KONG, SodaPup, Nature's Menu, P.L.A.Y, Fuzzyard, Cocopup and much more.
We deliver direct to your door, either on subscription or on an ad hoc basis. The value of items inside your Mixed Chewboxes will always be greater than what you pay - guaranteed!
What comes in a Chewbox?
It depends what you order! Our mixed bundle boxes are packed with natural treats which are from (mostly) animal origin. The treats are all are air dried, preservative and additive free, gluten and grain free and packed full of essentials vitamin and minerals. You can also add toys too!
How do I join?
To subscribe to Chewbox simply add the box of your choice to your online cart and hit
‘subscribe.’
What if my dog hates their Chewbox?
You can send your complete box back to us and we will issue you a refund.
What if my dog has allergies?
You can let us know when your order! There is a ‘notes’ box and you can tell us anything
important that we need to know! There are also buttons which allow you to customise your box - no bone, no fur etc!

Subscriptions
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes! There are no cancellation fees or contracts to tie you in. You simply log into your store account and can amend/cancel your subscription there.
How do I update my address?
You simply log into your store account and can amend your subscription details there. Once we dispatch and order, we can't amend the delivery address unfortunately.
How do I change my billing information?
